Good King Wenceslas last went out
On the feast of Stephen (26th December)
When the snow lay round about
Deep and crisp and even...
A carol we used to sing nearly every year which seems very much out of fashion now, except amongst the noble bands of carol singers who go from house to house at this time of year.
Anyway this was the carol that first sprang to mind when i was sorting through the many snow photos I have taken over the last week or so. When will it ever all clear away?!

I agree with you..
And when do you think people be awaken of what's happening to our dear Earth?
How i wish. :(
I am not quite sure which bit of the post you are agreeing with? But that aside, it is really tricky getting people to fully understand what we are all doing to our beautiful world and motivate them into action. A fairly significant minority indeed are already doing things - curbing consumption, living in a "green" way, etc, but many are in denial. And there are masses who havn't even thought about it or cared - they tend to recoil in horror when they learn the facts, and often then feel so overwhelmed that they cannot do anything at all, or become depressed! An understandable reaction it has to be said.
